At Sarjalwin, we strive to provide high-quality digital assets. Due to the nature of digital products (which cannot be "returned" once downloaded), please read our policy carefully:

• Cancellations: Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment is made and the download link is generated.

• Refund Eligibility: * Refunds are only considered if the product file is corrupted or does not work as described, and our technical team is unable to fix it.

  • To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of the issue (screenshots or error logs).

• Non-Refundable: We do not offer refunds for "accidental purchases" or if you simply change your mind after downloading the source code or PDF.

• Refund Process: If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
